Delaware's Public Transportation Bus and Train Provider.  For more information click on  D A R T.  First State serves the entire state of Delaware.

The following are the different services which are offered:

• SCAT - Reduced Taxi Fares

• Reduced fares for DART bus, and they will pick you up at different stops.

• Door-to-Door service to medical doctors, but you must be certified.

If your are interested in a "DARTCard", bus transportation cards, please contact the Center Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., or call 227-2055.  These reduced fare cards, entitle seniors to trips on the DART bus.
